June 8, 1932 - David L. Evans, aged 70 years, of Charleston, died Friday evening at the Blossburg hospital. He is survived by his widow, and one son Ed. A. Evans of Harrison Valley, formerly of Wellsboro, a brother, Thomas Evans of Lilly, Pa., and one sister, Rhoda, of Topeka, Kansas.
The funeral was held Monday; burial in the Whitneyville cemetery."

The death notice of David states a death date of June 3, and the death notice of his wife, Angeline, says he died on June 4th.
