August 23, 1899 - "Wallace M. Plummer, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. C.M. Plummer of the town of Butte des Morts, celebrated his tenth birthday, Monday, at his home. Among those present were Wallie Smith and Clyde Hutchinson of this city, Irene Monross, George Marshall, Orra Grundy, Goe. Anderson and Harold Anderson, Romeo Steiner and John Steiner, Oscar Allen and Elmar Allen, Fidella Hughes and Regina Hughes, Murel Overton, Maude Doby, Georgie Plummer, Arthur Plummer and Mable Plummer, Roy Courtney and Jessie Cortney, Florence Fuhs, Lilly Fuhs and Leo Fuhs, David Bolden. Miss Bess Murphy and Miss Camilla Hawes of Milwaukee assisted in entertaining the young people."

August 12, 1918 - "Wallace M. Plummer returned this morning from Stout institute, where he has been attending school, to spend the holidays at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Plummer, 740 Main street."

June 22, 1927 - "Mr. and Mrs. Wallace M. Plummer and son James, of Blythe, Calif., are visiting Mr. Plummer's mother, Mrs. C. M. Plummer, 91 Ceape street, and other relatives in the city.".
