September 20, 1932 - "Walter Duncan, Athens, paid two fines in Magistrate Porter's court Monday when he entered pleas of guilty to charges of possession of intoxicating liquor and intoxication. He was assessed $100 and costs on the possession charge and $100 and costs on the other. He was taken into custody by Ohio National Guard officers at Millfield.".
