January 2, 1914. "Little Thurmer Lowell has the chicken pox."

September 29, 1916 - Ithurmer Lowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lowell, who has been very sick at his home in Royal Oak, is somewhat better.

October 6, 1916. "Ithurmur, the little son of Mr. and Mrs Edward Lowell of Seventh street, who has been ill, is much improved."

November 29, 1918 - "Ithurmer Lowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Lowell, who has been seriously ill with diphtheria, is on the gain."

October 16, 1919 - "Ithurmer Lowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lowell, while at play, last Sunday, stepped on an eight penny nail, which ran entirely through his foot. He was brought to Clio, where the wound was cauterized. The injury was very painful but the little fellow is getting along nicely at present."

July 19, 1923 - "Ithurmur Lowell underwent an operation at Mt. Morris hospital, Monday, for the removal of his tonsils. He is doing as well as could be expected."

1925-10-29 - "Ed Lowell and son, Ithurmer, of Detroit were Sunday guess of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Carter."

From the Clio Messenger, Wed., Jan 18, 1978.

"Ithurmer E. (Ike) Lowell of 13009 N. Belsay Rd., Millington, age 65, died Saturday, January 14, 1978, at Venice Hospital, Venice, Florida. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Thetford United Methodist Church, Thetford Center, Rev. Roger Colby officiating. Burial was in Thetford Cemetery. Masonic Memorial services were held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hudson Funeral home, Otisville.

Mr. Lowell was District Commissioner of the Tall Pine Council Boy Scouts of America. He was awarded the Boy Scout Award of Merit. He was a member of the Vienna 205 F & AM Vienna Eastern Star 283, member of the Advisory Committee for Cross Roads Village, member of the Thetford-United Methodist Church and the Board of Trustees, former member of the Thetford Twp. Board of Review, Past President of the Saginaw Valley Live Stream Association. Mr. Lowell retired from Fisher Body in 1972 after 37 years.

Surviving are: wife, Golda, four children, Joanne Stroope of Millington, Charlene Zeiter of Clio, Sue Kettler of Millington and Roy Lowell of Clio; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers; one sister, several nieces and nephews. Arrangements by the Hudson Funeral Home, Otisville.".
