It appears that Byron may have been buried in one cemetery and later removed to another. Provo City Cemetery records show that Byron was born January 4, 1909 in Manila, UT and died December 14, 1950 in Provo, UT. However, Utah State History Burials Database shows that he was buried in Tooele City Cemetery, Tooele City, UT, on April 11, 1995. We do have reason to believe that Byron did, indeed, die in 1950 so it appears that he was exhumed and reburied.
