Ed Smith, age 30, is a native of North Oakland County. He works for a research and development firm in Southfield. Ed is active in a variety of civic clubs and events. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Oxford-Orion Optimist Club.
Ed is an accomplished magician and has performed many shows for local civic organizations, including the senior citizens.
Ed's many friends in other governmental organizations keep him informed of situations affecting Lake Orion. His strong leadership abilities are evidenced by his current drive to gain local control of our sewer system and rate structure.".
