California Birth Index shows her first name as Janis, but she apparently went by Janice the rest of her life.3
There is some confusion here, however, as the SS record is in the name of Janice Stinton, so it is possible the marriage order is not correct. There is more confusion in the California Death Index Record, which does appear to confirm that Janice married ? Enquist last, but strangely lists her as Janice Fay Enquist.4
