From the September 21, 1923 Royal Oak Tribune, with genealogist notes ( ). "Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Rose, 218 East Harrison Street, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Mildred Irene, to Joseph J. Breen (AKA John J. Breen) of Detroit. The ceremony was performed in Detroit on September 15. After a short wedding trip, Mr. and Mrs. Breen will be home to their friends at 218 E. Harrison St."
