April 4, 1977 - "Wright, Mrs. Lucretia, Saginaw, Michigan. Widow of James L. Wright passed away at Ogemaw Valley Medical Facility Saturday evening, April 2, 1977. Age 96 years. Lucretia Butler was married to Mr. Wright in 1899. He passed away in 1927. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Saginaw, the Daughter of Union Veterans of the Civil War and the Golden Age Club. Surviving are a son, Rev. Raymond Wright, West Branch, eight grand-children, 23 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will take place Wednesday afternoon at the Case Chapel, 409 Adams St. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel after 7:00 p.m. Monday.".
