July 12, 1918 - "Mr. and Mrs. Layfe Servis and Mr. and Mrs Ed. Burley spent Thursday in Flint."

October 20, 1921 - "Richard Rose and Mr. and mrs. Thos. Maderas, of Royal Oak, spent Saturday and Sunday with Mr. Rose's sisters, Mesdames Thos. Carter, Jas. Blight and Lafayette Servos."

June 28, 1923 - "Mr. and Mrs. Lafe Servis, Clyde, Evelyn and Ila Blight motored to Ypsilanti Sunday. The Misses Evelyn and Ila remained and will attend summer school at that place.".
