Thomas registered to pay taxes 1812 in Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Bradford County was formed 1812-13. This list from Heverly, Vol 2, p, 199-200 includes the first taxables. The earliest version of Columbia township included parts of the later Troy township. Thomas registered to pay taxes 1816 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Sullivan Township was formed in 1816. It was taken from Covington Township. Its original boundaries included the southern half of Rutland formed in 1829, and the northern part of Ward which was formed in 1852. He made a will 19 NOV 1838 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Adm. Thomas Rexford, Bail Henry Bailey, Roswell Bailey Thomas apparently had a first wife before Sophronia who was mother of Thomas Everett REXFORD.
