"William J Radoye. 75. of Williamsburg. died unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002 A local resident for the past 17 years Bill served his country during World War II in the Navy.

He graduated from Michigan State University and retired from Sun Oil Co and Real Estate sales He was an active member of Williamsburg United Methodist Church and was 2002 Lay Leader He also held many offices in the Optimist Club. Bill was a member of the Masonic Lodge A.F & A.M as well as the Khedive Shrine and a past president of the Williamsburg Shrine Club

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years. Mary E. Radoye, daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn Ward, Judy and Larry Knight, Ann and Ron Iverson; sons and daughter-in-law. James F. Radoye, Doug and Dani Radoye; grandchildren. Ryan
Ward, Megan Martin, Shawn and Eric Hall, Jason Knight, Nicholas, Tyler and Billy Iverson, Lisa Stumpf, Douglas and Becca Radoye, brother, Gilbert Radoye; nieces. Sally Hadden, Holly Baldwin; nephew. Robert Radoye

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20. at Williamsburg United Methodist Church, interment will follow in Cedar drove Cemetery The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Nelson Funeral Home.

Memorial Contributions may he made to Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 514 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg VA 23188 or the Williamsburg Shrine Club.
