February 29, 1928 - "Delevan Bailey, of Elmira, died Thursday morning. He is survived by his widow, Lucy Peck Bailey; a son, Virgil, at home; a brother, Fred Bailey, of Mansfield. He was a member of Queen City Odd Fellows and Moose.".
