"HORNELL - - Elsie Kent Hollands, 90, formerly of 40 Maple St., died Wednesday (Jan. 9, 1985) in Bradford Pa. A native of South Canisteo and a life resident of the Hornell area, she was the widow of HOrnell businessman Burr R. Hollands. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church; Ivanhoe Chapter No. 160, Order of Eastern Star; Kanestio Valley Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution; and was an active supporter of the HOrnell Family YMCA. Survivors include three grandchildren, Nancy Hollands Welliver of Elmira, Everett Hollands Jr. of Livonia and James Hollands of Marcellus; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ Church Episcopal Church in Hornell. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Hornell. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ Church Episcopal Church and the HOrnell Family YMCA. Arrangements were by the Landon-Beaver Funeral Home.".
