"Ensign W. T. Ronizer, a member of the 1927 graduating class of the U.S. Naval Academy, is being entertained this week by Miss Willowbell Parmenter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P.W. Parmenter of Crooks road. After a short visit at his home in Winchester, Indiana, Ensign Ronizer will leave for San Francisco where he has been assigned to the Battleship Mississippi."
In the wedding announcement for William and Jean in the November 15, 1929 Birmingham Eccentric, it is noted that William's uncle is Senator Watson, and that his mother is Mrs. E.T. Payne.
