"Wright - Albert C. Wright, a resident of Birch Run for the past 21 years died of paralysis at his home Sunday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock. Mr. Wright was born in New York state November 27, 1837 and May 26, 1890 (correct date - May 27, 1896) was married to Mrs. Mary Colville, who, with four children, survives him. The children are Charles of Jackson, Irving of Flint, Mrs Daniel Wilter of Lansing and Mrs. Arthur Word of Ohio. Two brothers, Henry of Grand Rapids and George of Birch Run, one sister, Mrs. Mary Campbell and one step daughter also survive. The funeral will take place from the Butler School this afternoon at 1 o'clock sun time. Rev. Mr. Hunt of Birch Run officiating. Burial will be in Birch Run.".

"DYER, VERONICA. Jan. 24, Orlando, Florida. Beloved wife of the late Lester. Dear mother of Patrick (Mary Anna) and the late Arthur. Sister of Angeline Stacey and Theresa Polakowski. Also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday 9:30 a.m. from the D.S. Temrowski Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Rd. at Common (12½ Mile) St. Martin DeParres Church 10 a.m. Rosary Tuesday 8 p.m.".
