"AND MORE DATES (in the bridal book). . . Karen Kinney and Mark Emerson will be married Oct. 23, the wedding anniversary of her great aunt, Mr. Harry Field of Berkeley, the ceremony to take place at Northbrae Community Church with Dr. Laurence Cross and Mark's father, Judge Folger Emerson, officiating.
Karen's twin sister, Judy will be maid of honor. Katrine Browne and Mary Anne Arnold will be bridesmaids together with Emily Jurs, who expects to be home from her Middle Eastern travels in time for the wedding.
Mark's brother, Lt (jg) John Emerson, will be here from his Navy post in San Diego to be best man, and usher roles will be taken by Timothey McFarland, Barry Cross and Larry Hoyt.
No shower dates are definite as yet, but Jill Fritschi, Mrs. E.E> Jurs and Mrs. Samuel Wagener are still planning to entertain for Karen.".
