June 15, 1927 - "Bailey - Pitzonka Wedding.
Yesterday noon at the Episcopal church at Hulmeville, Pa., Miss Emma R. Pitzonka, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Pitzonka, of Hulmeville, Bucks county, was married to Dr. Thomas Rose Bailey, son of Dr. and Mrs. H.W. Bailey, of Wellsboro. The bride and bridegroom were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bailey, of Bloomfield, N.J.
The bride has been a member of the faculty of the Wellsboro High School for the past four years, and Dr. Bailey is junior member of the firm of Drs. H.W. and T.R. Bailey, dentists, of Wellsboro, and Secretary of the Wellsboro Chamber of Commerce. The bride and bridegroom have a host of friends who extend heartiest good wishes. After a motor trip through New England, Dr. and Mrs. Bailey will occupy one of the Harkless apartments on Morris Lane, where they will be at home to their friends after July 1.".
