"5iii. Celia C. Maine was born in Tioga County, Pennsylvania 28 JUN 1813. Individual flags.: Obituary. Celia died Dec 1880 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, at age 67. She married Dr. Levi Rose. Levi was born about 1807 in Rutland Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Levi was the son of William Rose and Didamia Roberts. Levi died after 1861 at age unknown. Levi registered to pay taxes 1829 in Rutland Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Rutland Township was formed from Jackson and Sullivan in 1828. William Howland, William Rose and Ezra Wood performed the first tax assessment."

January 11. 1881 - "The wife of Dr. Rose, a sister of G.D. and E.R. Maine, died at Detroit December 31st. She was a resident of this place about 40 years ago.".
