December 7, 1961 - "Mrs. Glenna I. Butler, formerly of Wellsboro, Pa., who made her home with a son, Miles F. Butler at 67 Perry Avenue, died early Sunday morning, December 3, 1961 at Corning Hospital, where she had been a patient four days. She was the widow of Ivan E. Butler who died in 1952.
Mrs. Butler was born in Tioga County, Pa., July 10, 1886 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Constance Bailey. She had made her home with her son since the death of her husband.
Surviving are: two sons, Miles of Corning and Albert of Asaph, Pa., a daughter, Mrs. William Jubera of Corning; a brother, Fred Bailey of Elmira; a half sister, Mrs. Edith Bailey of Elmira, 16 grandchildren and 14 Great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held Tuesday with the Rev. Edward Scholz of Elmira, officiating. Burial was in Wilawana, Pa.".

"In Delmar Mr. Constant Bailey, who lived on Heise run, lost his house and barn, several cows and calves, all his furniture and everything else, being glad to get out with his family alive. Charles Balfour's house and barn were also burned and about $1,000 worth of hemlock bark belonging to Wright and Bailey."

"Death of Constant Bailey. Constant Bailey, of Wellsboro, died last Friday morning at the home of his youngest daughter, Mrs. Ivan Butler, of Asaph. Mr. Bailey had been confined to his bed for about three weeks, but was taken worse Friday morning and died about 11 o'clock.
The deceased was born in Rutland township and was about 75 years of age at the time of his death. He is survived by eight children: Mrs. Charlotte Mold, of Elmira; Mrs. Wallace Hagar, of Sylvania: Frank Bailey, of Asaph; John Bailey, of Wellsboro, Route 7; Will Bailey, of Blossburg; Mrs. Almon Smith, of Fort Myers, Fla.; Fred Bailey, of Wellsboro, and Mrs. Ivan Butler, of Asaph. He is also survived by two sisters - - Mrs. Wm. Aylesworth, of Blossburg, and Mrs. Abigal Burnside, of Covington -- and a half brother, Lafayette Bailey, of Mainesburg.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the home of the son of the deceased, Fred Bailey, on Fellows avenue, Rev. Dr. Shaw officiating.".

April 20, 1910 - "Mrs. Sarah E. Bailey, aged 63 years, wife of Mr. Constant Bailey, died of heart disease at 2 o'clock last Friday morning at her home on Fellows avenue, in this borough. She was a daughter of the late Wilder and Delaney Patterson Lunn, and was born on December 9, 1846. Four daughters and one son survive her - Mrs. Miles Jackson, of Wilawana, Bradford county, Mrs. Eugene Bailey, of Elmira, Mrs. Ivan Butler, of Asaph, Mrs. Almon Smith, of Fort Meyer, Florida, and Fred Bailey, of Wellsboro. One sister, Mrs. Fred Fellows, of Mainesburg, also survives her. She was a member of the M.E. church of Marshcreek. The funeral was held Sunday, at 2 p.m., Rev. J.W. Totten, of Marshcreek, officiating; burial in the Wellsboro cemetery.".
