There are three spellings of Leona's surname in various records. It seems clear that after checking a number of things that the 'ey' in Prawey is someone's incorrect reading of "iz", making the correct name Prawiz. The best evidence for this is the 1911 probate documents for Leona's father where the name is clearly Prawiz. Leona Saunders is even mentioned here. William's Find A Grave page also includes a photo of his marker where the name is clearly Prawiz.¹²
