December 2, 1915 - "Baltimore - Dr. Eva L. Semon, 1812 Madison avenue, a dentist, was fined $5 and costs yesterday morning by Justice Sayler at teh Western Police Station on the charge of beating her husband, Emmanuel H. Semon.
Mrs. Semon was arrested by patrolman Donohue at 306 West Mulberry street. It is said that as the result of an argument between the two Mrs. Sermon decided to chastise her husband, the proceedings drawing a big crowd to the place and incidentally the policeman."

April 9, 1918 - The will of Eva E. Semon, probated in the Orphans' Court yesterday, after giving the houses on 1608, 2812 and 1521 Madison avanue her household effects and a quantity of jewelry, in cliding, in all, 18 diamond rings, bracelets, brooches, etc to her sister Leah G. Jolly, bequeaths amd divise? to her husband, Emmanuel H. Semon all the rest and residue of her property. Renunciation was filed by Leah G. Jolly and Howard B. Jolly of the executorship given them by the will."

March 16, 1918 - "The first woman graduate of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, who died from pneumonia at her home, 1812 Madison avenue, early Thursday morning. She practiced dentistry here for over sixteen years.".
